A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and can be paid via Cash or Bank transfer/FirstPay. Contact us via phone or WhatsApp to receive payment details.

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service.

Arrivals over 10 minutes late incur a $20 fee, and services will still end at the scheduled time. Guests arriving 30+ minutes late may be rescheduled, and deposits are forfeited. Deposits are also forfeited for no-shows or cancellations outside the permitted time frame.
